Sous Chef

My client is seeking a Sous Chef to assist the Head in overseeing the kitchen operations within a fresh food operation with 2 rosette accolade . To provide outstanding food to business, leisure and events guests within the hotel and to manage, train and develop an enthusiastic team . The property is in the heart of the Cotswolds and has held its AA Rosettes for a number of years . The candidate should be a strong individual with an exceptional background in fresh food operations ,a minimum of 5 years within good quality hotel kitchens. This would be an ideal move for an experienced Chef de Partie looking for their next move . This is a full time position for a Sous Chef offering a wage of £26k -£28k ,with the possibility of Live in ,28 days holiday ,Company pension and use of the on site leisure facilities including a Gym and Pool .

Sous Chef required for Independently owned Boutique Hotel In Beautiful Spa town of Malvern .The Hotel boasts 2 AA Rosettes and are very much pushing for a Third. As Sous chef you would be joining an established brigade of Six Full time chefs .The Kitchen has recently undergone an extensive refurbishment programme , so has all new equipment inclusive of water baths ,Thermo Mixer and new Rational 5 senses ovens .

The role of Sous chef is offering a package of up to £30k depending on experience .The business is expanding again with a Further £1m pound investment ,offering a great chance of career progression .The role also offers straight shifts with a maximum 45 hours per week ,with the usual benefits of 28 days annual leave and company pension .They are offering live in as well .
