Sous Chef

Sous Chef Required for a fantastic 1AA Rosette pub located on the gateway to the Cotswolds .
The Howard Arms situated in the beautiful village of Ilmington ,located 8 miles south of Stratford upon Avon ,the pub has 1 AA Rosette and is pushing for its second .
The role of Sous Chef would be assisting the Head Chef in the running of the kitchen ,menu development and staff supervision and training ,with a salary of £24k-£27k depending on experience ,ideally you would have 3 years in a similar position .
You would work a maximum of 50 hours per week with a mixture of split and straight shifts .Cash tips will be paid on a weekly basis and live in accommodation is also available .

Deputy Manager

My client, a pub and restaurant with rooms in a beautiful village are looking for an experienced deputy manager to work alongside the general manager in overseeing all aspects of the bar, restaurant and hotel rooms.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar managerial role within the hospitality industry, have excellent communication and customer service skills with knowledge of all aspects of business management.

You must be willing to work evenings and weekends.

Based on a 40-48 hour working week, the salary dependant on experience is between £24000-£27000 including Tronc and cash tips.

This is a growing business with training and room for progression.

Assistant Manager

My client, a pub and restaurant with rooms are looking for an Assistant Manager to oversee the running of the business when the GM is not there.
The role will involve managing staff, and rotas taking bar and room bookings and making sure that the restaurant runs smoothly.

There is lots of room for progression and training will be provided with management courses and personal licensing.



You must be happy to work evenings and weekends

Salary is between £20,000-£23,000
Tronc tips usually about 3k annually plus cash tips.

Based on a 40-48 hour contract
