My Client is looking for a Sous chef in their newly refurbished property .They are offering a salary of up to £30000 per annum ,plus tips and Bonus on GP.

The Business requires the Chef de Partie to be experienced in Multi site operations ,running various restaurants ,retail outlets and also experience in large scale banqueting.
The ideal applicant would have 2-3 years experience in a similar working environment .
The Job offers a Salary of £19.5k per annum with some amazing benefits including preferential room rates ,50% of food and beverage outlets ,plus the normal 28 days holiday and company pension .You will working an average of 45 hours per week over the year ,with hours peaking in the summer and been less during the off season.
