Head Chef required for the Sun Inn ,Hook Norton .
Set in the idyllic village of Hook Norton ,this British Cotswold offers contemporary dishes and pub classics.
As a head chef you would be required to have a minimum 3 years experience in a similar role .
The position offers a salary of between £28-£30k per annum with the usual benefits of company pension ,28 days holiday and tips .

To provide outstanding food to business, leisure and events guests within the hotel and to manage, train and develop an enthusiastic team . The property is in the heart of the Cotswolds and has held its AA Rosettes for a number of years . The candidate should be a strong individual with an exceptional background in fresh food operations ,a minimum of 5 years within good quality hotel kitchens. This would be an ideal move for an experienced Chef de Partie looking for their next move . The Howard Arms situated in the beautiful village of Ilmington ,located 8 miles south of Stratford upon Avon ,the pub has 1 AA Rosette and is pushing for its second .
The role of Sous Chef would be assisting the Head Chef in the running of the kitchen ,menu development and staff supervision and training ,with a salary of £24k-£27k depending on experience ,ideally you would have 3 years in a similar position .
You would work a maximum of 50 hours per week with a mixture of split and straight shifts .Cash tips will be paid on a weekly basis and live in accommodation is also available .
