Head Chef required for the Sun Inn ,Hook Norton .
Set in the idyllic village of Hook Norton ,this British Cotswold offers contemporary dishes and pub classics.
As a head chef you would be required to have a minimum 3 years experience in a similar role .
The position offers a salary of between £28-£30k per annum with the usual benefits of company pension ,28 days holiday and tips .

Head Chef

Head Chef required to lead this High end Gastro Pub in Bromsgrove. The Head Chef role requires someone with a minimum of 5 years experience within a similar position .The company is privately owned with several other sites within its portfolio .
As Head Chef you would be required to lead and motivate a brigade of 8 chefs ,be compliant to Hygiene Level 3 ,be able to write and deliver contemporary menus using great suppliers and fresh produce .This is a hands on role in a busy and extremely well organised gastro pub .

Asssitant Manager

We are looking for an energetic and passionate person to help manage a busy gastro pub. You will have knowledge of high end food and very high standards of customer service. Previous experience managing front of house staff is essential as you will need to communicate and delegate to the team effectively.

Your responsibilities will include administrative duties, as well as margins, orders, stock takes, etc. There is excellent room for progression within the company which makes it an ideal job for someone looking for a career in hospitality. This is a busy place and the tips are very good, you will make around £5k tips a year on top of your salary, also as an assistant manager you will receive a performance related bonus.

The Business requires the Head chef to be experienced in Multi site operations ,running various restaurants ,retail outlets and also experience in large scale banqueting.
The ideal applicant would have 3-4 years experience in a similar working environment .
