My client, an award winning, rapidly expanding company, is looking for a customer service advisor to join their team.
You will be speaking with people over the phone, to negotiate the repayment of outstanding balances on their accounts.
The ideal candidate will have an excellent telephone manner, be empathetic as well as a good negotiator. My client is happy to give full training to those who possess exceptional customer service skills and there are genuine prospects to progress within the business for those who consistently perform well. This could suit someone who has a background in retail or hospitality, looking for a change of career path or a school/Uni leaver looking to kick start their career.
Hours of work are shifts, Monday - Friday between the hours of 8am-8pm and one in two Saturdays 9am-4pm.
