My client, an award winning, rapidly expanding company, is looking for an experienced Account Manager/ Customer Service Advisor to join their team.
You will be speaking with people over the phone, to negotiate the repayment of outstanding balances on their accounts.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role or have a background in customer service within a finance of banking discipline. You must possess an excellent telephone manner, be empathetic as well as a good negotiator. Hours of work are shifts, Monday - Friday between the hours of 8am-8pm and one in two Saturdays 9am-4pm.
