My client, is looking for an experienced administrator to join their busy team.
Day to day duties will include:
Answering and forwarding of telephone calls and taking detailed messages where necessary.
Dealing with incoming emails.
Meeting and greeting visitors and organising refreshments.
Preparation of applications and appeals, typing forms, formatting letters and submitting information online
Preparing and collating reports
Processing timesheets and expenses
Setting up of new client files
In addition to this, other duties will include scanning, checking and ordering stationary and other office supplies as needed and running errands.
My client is looking for someone who has a minimum of 3-5 years administration experience, with a knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Outlook as well as Adobe Acrobat. You should have excellent attention to detail and a good command of the English language in order to produce accurate work. You should have a positive attitude and be happy to support the day to day operations of the office.
Hours of work 8.30am-5pm Monday to Friday.
