My client, a small but busy office in Stratford upon Avon is looking for an experienced office manager to cover maternity leave for a period of 12 months.
Day to day management of the office will include:
Ordering stationary, ensuring credits on franking machines
Reconciling company office accounts and credit cards on a monthly basis against invoice and receipts
Pulling together on a monthly basis all invoices to be paid checking they are correct
Identifying which invoices are to be paid from the office account and client accounts
Organising rotas in the office
Holding weekly team meetings
Assisting management and colleagues with administration
Organising meeting rooms across the country for client meetings
Responsible for organising monthly expenses and commission sending these to accountants for wage slips to be produced and arranging for monthly wages to be paid.
General organisation of the office and building
Arranging any Health and Safety requirements
Organising general building maintenance as and when required
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and be experienced in managing others and the day to day function of a busy office. Flexibility to work up to 8pm some days per week is also required.
