Finance Assistant

My client is looking for a finance assistant to join their busy team.

You will have previous experience in a similar role and be experienced in purchase ledger, sales ledger, credit control, invoicing and reconciling bank accounts as well as processing payroll and expenses.

The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, work well as part of a team as well as being able to work on their own initiative.

Hours of work 8.30am-5.50pm Monday to Friday

Part time Administrator

My client, a successful and growing business in Stratford upon Avon, is looking for a part time administrator to assist with health and safety and compliance paperwork as well as undertaking some accounts administration.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced administrator with exceptional attention to detail and ideally, some previous purchase ledger and credit control experience. You must be a good team player, reliable and hard working; happy to assist with a range of tasks.

My client is happy to offer some flexibility in terms of working hours and can either be 9am-3pm Monday to Friday or potentially 4 full days per week.

Accounts / Admin Support

My client based in Stratford upon Avon is looking for a temporary accounts / administrator to join their team on temporary bases, with the possibility of going permanent.

8 hours per week, flexible working hours.
