Part time Administrator

My client, a busy and successful business in Stratford upon Avon, is looking for a part time administrator to join their team.

Assisting the Finance Manager with a range of admin tasks, you will be a motivated self starter, with a good eye for detail and a sense of urgency to complete tasks to deadline. Ideally you will have some accounts admin experience too.

Hours of work 8.30am-5.30pm Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

Office Administrator/Manager

My client, a successful family business based on the edge of the Cotswolds, is looking for an experienced Office Manager/PA to work closely with the director of the business.

The role is a stand alone job and therefore, the ideal candidate must be able to self manage and take full responsibility of the office function, ensuring the prioritisation of tasks to meet deadlines at all times. You must have exceptional organisational skills, be highly accurate and possess a high level of written and spoken English.

The role will involve diary management, processing transactions, arranging couriers and insurance for shipping. You will prepare the accounts for the Accountant and therefore, someone with experience of purchase ledger, invoicing and processing commissions and expenses will be preferred.

Hours of work 10am-6pm Monday to Friday.

Part time Sales Administrator

My client, a successful and growing business, based close to Stratford, is looking for a part time sales administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate must possess loads of initiative and be able to juggle and prioritise a range of tasks.

Day to day duties will include:

- managing email and phone enquiries
- sales order entry and invoicing
- updating CRM software
- printing delivery notes and picking lists
- planning deliveries
- coordinating collections by couriers, pallet network
- export orders and documentation
- updating websites with stock levels
- maintaining and updating price lists
- applications for events
- obtaining quotes for purchases

The working hours will be 25 per week and my client is happy to offer some flexibility with what days and hours are worked (between Monday to Friday).

Office Manager (Maternity Cover)

My client, a small but busy office in Stratford upon Avon is looking for an experienced office manager to cover maternity leave for a period of 12 months.

Day to day management of the office will include:

Ordering stationary, ensuring credits on franking machines
Reconciling company office accounts and credit cards on a monthly basis against invoice and receipts
Pulling together on a monthly basis all invoices to be paid checking they are correct
Identifying which invoices are to be paid from the office account and client accounts
Organising rotas in the office
Holding weekly team meetings
Assisting management and colleagues with administration
Organising meeting rooms across the country for client meetings
Responsible for organising monthly expenses and commission sending these to accountants for wage slips to be produced and arranging for monthly wages to be paid.
General organisation of the office and building
Arranging any Health and Safety requirements
Organising general building maintenance as and when required

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and be experienced in managing others and the day to day function of a busy office. Flexibility to work up to 8pm some days per week is also required.

Administrator

My client is looking for an administrator to provide administrative support to the property manager.

Day to day tasks will be to receive incoming calls relating to rental properties and respond to the requests/needs of the tenants. You will liaise with contractors, obtain quotes for works to be carried out and schedule any repairs necessary, ensuring swift action to work within designated time scales.

You should have excellent attention to detail with the ability to prioritise tasks and be highly communicative to deliver excellent customer service at all times.

Previous experience in a similar role would be preferred but not essential.

My client, a successful IT company based in Stratford upon Avon is looking for an administrator to support the day to day operations of the business.

The role will involve:
• Attending meetings and taking detailed notes
• Answering and forwarding of telephone calls and taking detailed messages where necessary.
• Dealing with incoming emails and organising meetings
• Preparation of documents and submitting information online
• Managing an online issue tracking system
• Preparing and collating reports
• Processing incoming mail including scanning and filing

The most important part of this role will be travelling to meetings with clients and taking detailed notes of the discussions, therefore the ideal candidate must have excellent attention to detail and a good command of the English language in order to produce accurate work.

Full time role (37.5 hours per week) including business travel (which will require working outside standard office hours one day per week.) and therefore flexibility can be given throughout the working week.

My client, based in Stratford upon Avon is looking for an experienced administrator to join their team on a temp basis for a period of 3 months with the potential to stay on beyond this initial period.

Your day to day duties will include:
Updating internal data on the inhouse system
Process all board meetings papers including photocopying and collating of documents and files
Production and distribution of new training manuals
Secretarial support as required by Managers
