Part time Accounts Assistant

My client is looking for an experienced accounts assistant to join them on a part time basis, 3 days per week with the possibility of working a fourth day.

The role will be to support the day to day accounts functions of the department and duties will include:

Invoicing clients

Setting up new clients on the internal system

Conducting company credit checks

Credit control

Internal payroll

and all other ad hoc accounts admin as required by the team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, a good working knowledge of QuickBooks or Sage, have excellent attention to detail and be able to work to deadlines. Hours are Monday-Wednesday 9am-5.30pm and flexibility is equired to potentially work an additional day.

Sales Ledger Clerk

Sales Ledger Clerk required on a for a national recruitment agency at our Stratford-upon-Avon ofice.

After training you will be responsible for invoicing, statements, credit control, payment allocation, client queries, month end reconciliation and generally support consultants and the Financial Controller.

Skills required: Strong Maths and English, accuracy and attention to detail. Previous experience in a sales ledger role would be beneficial however full training will be provided.

Basic salary is £17,640-20,000 per annum depending on experience and there is a performance bonus of up to £4,000 per annum. Hours of work are generally 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday (40 hours per week). 28 days annual leave per annum, workplace pension are standard for the first 2 years. Maintenance Manager

My client a 4 star country house hotel in Warwickshire has an opening for a Maintenance Manager.

The successful applicant will have at least 5 years experience as a maintenance engineer or maintenance manager and ideally (though not essentially) have some experience working in a hotel environment.

Your salary will be up to £28,000 per annum plus statutory pension, 28 days holidays and the usual benefits associated with working in a hotel (uniform, meals on duty and discounted hotel accommodation throughout the groups properties). The role is 40 hours per week over 5 days.

Construction Labourer with CSCS required for a 6 month domestic build in Stratford-upon-Avon.

The successful applicant will have at least 2-5 years site experience as a labourer and ideally be able to turn their hand to numerous trades.

Starting pay is £100 per day for applicants registered for CIS or £10/hour on PAYE. There is potential for progression in wages after a trial period.

You will need to be able to analyse corporate data to support purchasing and supply chain strategies, including the interpretation of sales forecasts and commercial trends. Effective stakeholder management skills are essential, as you will need to build trusting and supportive relationships with colleagues and business contacts, ensuring purchasing specification demands and requirements are communicated and understood.

The ideal candidate must have:
Significant sourcing, negotiation and supplier management experience
Experience of buying a range of materials, components and finished goods, for end use in a retail environment.
Possess first-class supplier negotiation and supplier management skills and the ability to negotiate the right price, quality, delivery and lead time for, components and finished goods.
Ideally have proven ability in an environment of component supply and will be able to strategically manage the supply chain, including contract management and international purchasing.
