General labourer/Landscaper

My client, a very successful family run Landscaping company is looking for general labourers to join their team.

The hours of work are Mon-Friday 7.30am to 5:00pm. This equates to a 42.5 hour week. Right candidate must be hard working, enjoy working outdoors, has own transport and be reliable and punctual. You would be required to perform regular landscaping tasks such as mowing, strimming, garden maintenance etc.

Rate of pay is £7.83 per hour to start with and will be reviewed dependant on progress and undertaken responsibilities.

You will need to be able to analyse corporate data to support purchasing and supply chain strategies, including the interpretation of sales forecasts and commercial trends. The ideal candidate must have:
Significant sourcing, negotiation and supplier management experience
Experience of buying a range of materials, components and finished goods, for end use in a retail environment.
Possess first-class supplier negotiation and supplier management skills and the ability to negotiate the right price, quality, delivery and lead time for, components and finished goods.

Mechanical Fitter/Assembler

My client, a provider of world class design and manufacturing in the light urban leisure and resort transportation environments is looking for Mechanical Fitter/Assembler.
Brief description:
To assemble and fit components of various materials types to manufacture bespoke leisure transport vehicles.
Detailed Description:

• Referring to basic engineering drawings and verbal instruction in the manufacture of one-off and small batch assemblies. You will be assembling a wide variety of components using standard and specialist tools
• Using a variety of hand and power tools to assemble a wide variety of large and small fabricated components Basic testing of final assemblies
• Have extensive experience of working as a mechanical fitter or assembler within an engineering manufacturer
• Be able to demonstrate competency in using hand and power tools using a
• wide variety of materials, for example steel, aluminium, fibreglass, wood Have the ability to learn new skills
• Be able to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Have a high degree of pride and finesse
• Be able to handle finished components
• Hydraulic and pneumatic experience preferable but not essential
• High and low voltage electrical experience preferable but not essential

Salary

Working Hours

Holidays 20days PA with 1 year gained per year of service up to a maximum of 23 days plus statutory
Attendance Bonus
The Company offers a bonus for good attendance which is currently £400 per year
