Sales Administrator

My client is looking for an organised individual to undertake the role of sales administrator. Working for this small but busy company, you will be required to take incoming orders over the phone, raise and send quotations and invoices as well as manage the day to day administration of the office, including some credit control. You must have a excellent written English and attention to detail and a high level of accuracy as well as a fantastic telephone manner.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and be able to work without supervision.

Hours of work are Monday - Friday 8.30am-5pm (some flexibility may be considered to work 4 days per week as well as possibility to start at 9am)

My client, a successful and growing fire places manufacturer is looking for picker/packer on an on-going temporary basis at a site near Stratford upon Avon with a permanent contracts for a right person.

Applicants should have work experience as picker/packer or labourer in a light industrial environment, speak and be able to communicate in English and should have their own transport.

Hours of work are 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday. Pay is £7.83 per hour paid weekly, all roles come with 28 days paid annual leave. This is a temporary to permanent role for the right person.

Logistics Administrator

My client, a busy distributor, is looking for an experienced logistics administrator to join their team on a temporary basis.

Day to day tasks will include:

Production of transport quotations for customers, Printing and matching delivery notes to sales ready for export, Booking parcels onto various transport web portals for collection, Administrating customs documentation for all imports and exports and Logging all exports on goods out spreadsheet ready for invoicing. You will be liaising daily with transport suppliers regarding imports and exports, Assisting with gaining proof of export documentation for all non domestic exports and keeping accurate records

The ideal candidate must have previous experience within a logistics function, excellent communication skills both written and verbal, high attention to detail, good organisational and time management skills, ability to respond to changing priorities in a timely manner. You must be used to working ina fast paced, pressurised environment, good knowledge of Excel and preferable SAP knowledge too.
