IT Systems Technician

My client is a leading distributor, based near Stratford upon Avon. They have a fantastic opportunity for an IT Systems Technician to join their successful, growing business.

Working alongside the Systems Development Manager,your responsibilities will be:-
SAP B1 Data Support (In house training will be provided)
MS Server Support
MS SQL Database Management Tools Support & Data Generation
In house Solution Support
Be involved in or create technical proposals and documentation
DR Support & Documentation

In addition to this your responsibilities will include:
Hardware / Software Support
Data orientated Problem Solving
Employee Support / Supplier Interface
Daily Backups / Datastore Management
Google Apps / G Suite
Asset Management

The Successful Applicant will need:-
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, particularly in manipulating large data sets through the use of formulae.
Experience working with Microsoft Server 2012 Onwards
Experience working with Microsoft SQL Server 2016 and Database Management tools
Data analysis experience with excellent attention to detail
An aptitude for learning, with strong communication skills and multi tasking skills
Experience in the following would also be beneficial:-
Experience working with HTML, CSS, PHP, Javascript is preferred but not essential
Experience with SAP B1 is preferred but not essential
Experience with VMWare is preferred but not essential

Hours of work are Monday to Thursday 7.30am-4.30pm and Friday 7.30am-1.30pm

Sales Executive

My client, a successful nad growing business if looking for a sales executive to join their existing team.

The role and responsibilities will include:

Cold calling and actively looking for new business, Account Management; visiting new potential customers as well as existing customers.

You will deal with customers over the phone, assisting with their enquiries and spotting sales opportunities. The role will also require sales order processing, customer quotation and creating delivery notes as well as following up leads and quotes sent out with the view to convert as many leads into sales.

The ideal candidate will have previous sales experience but this is not essential as long as you are positive, driven and possess exceptional customer service skills.

Due to the location, you will need your own transport.

Trainee Administration Assistant

My client, a family run and highly successful business is offering the opportunity to train someone up in administration and therefore happy to consider candidates with no previous experience, provided, you have a "can do" attitude and are hard working and reliable.

Duties will include:

My client is looking for a part time administrator to join their busy team working Monday to Thursday 9am-3pm and Friday 9am - 1pm.

Working in Logistics, the ideal candidate will ideally have previous Logistics Admin experience or sales admin, have excellent attention to detail, the ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines. You will be liaising with people over the phone to obtain information relating to deliveries, organising dispatch and the loading of pallets, printing and matching delivery notes and adminstrating customs documentation for imports and exports.
