My client, a busy and successful business near Henley In Arden is looking for a sales assistant to join their team, You must be self-motivated with good communication skills

You will be responsible for:

Process orders placed over the phone, deal with customer queries regarding products and their orders, welcome customers to the shop and show them round, giving products details where needed as well other day to day office duties to support the running o of the business.

My client is looking for a part time administrator to join their busy team working Monday to Thursday 9am-3pm and Friday 9am - 1pm.

Working in Logistics, the ideal candidate will ideally have previous Logistics Admin experience or sales admin, have excellent attention to detail, the ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines. Day to day tasks will include:

Production of transport quotations for customers, Printing and matching delivery notes to sales ready for export, Booking parcels onto various transport web portals for collection, Administrating customs documentation for all imports and exports and Logging all exports on goods out spreadsheet ready for invoicing. You will be liaising daily with transport suppliers regarding imports and exports, Assisting with gaining proof of export documentation for all non domestic exports and keeping accurate records

The ideal candidate must have previous experience within a logistics function, excellent communication skills both written and verbal, high attention to detail, good organisational and time management skills, ability to respond to changing priorities in a timely manner. You must be used to working in a fast paced, pressurised environment, good knowledge of Excel and preferable SAP knowledge too.

Hours of work will be Monday-Thursday 9am-3pm and Friday 9am-1pm.
