Administrator

My client, based in Stratford upon Avon is looking for an experienced administrator to join their team on a temp basis for a period of 3 months with the potential to stay on beyond this initial period.

Your day to day duties will include:
Updating internal data on the inhouse system
Process all board meetings papers including photocopying and collating of documents and files
Production and distribution of new training manuals
Secretarial support as required by Managers
Minutes of meetings
Answering calls and responding to incoming emails
Maintaining the database.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, have excellent attention to detail and be a positive, upbeat person, happy to assist with the day to day tasks as required in the office. Hours of work Monday-Friday 9am - 5.30pm.

Hotel Night Porter.

My Client based in the heart of Stratford Upon Avon is looking for a Night Porter to join their team

You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service ensuring 100 percent customer satisfaction, you will be dealing with any customer enquires, making reservations, checking guests in and out, answering any incoming calls to business and responding to safety and security issues.

This is a permanent position with a minimum 3 days work with more shifts available to cover week to week,

Shift pattern is 23:00pm - 07.00am,

Must have good level English as successful candidate have to deal with and serve guests on a day to day basis,

The job role will include a night procedure to be followed on shift,

You must be smartly presented, professional with a strong emphasis on customer care

Sales Executive

My client, a busy and growing business in Stratford upon Avon is looking for a sales executive to join their team to further support the growth of the business. You must be self-motivated with good communication skills and want to both develop your career and grow your salary with a target driven commission structure..

You will be responsible for:
Converting inbound sales calls.
Chasing up all inbound leads and converting them into sales.
Arranging appointments with customers for showroom visits.
