Account Manager

My client, an award winning, rapidly expanding company, is looking for an experienced Account Manager/ Customer Service Advisor to join their team.

You will be speaking with people over the phone, to negotiate the repayment of outstanding balances on their accounts.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role or have a background in customer service within a finance of banking discipline. You must possess an excellent telephone manner, be empathetic as well as a good negotiator. My client is looking for a temporary support work/housing administrator to work on a project from now until end March 2019.

Duties will include:

Building rapport with clients with complex needs (drug/alcohol/mental health/rough sleeping)
Offering support and guidance to help resolve housing/benefit issues
Help client to communicate with and access other services to support their situation
Maintain good records
Conduct assessment of needs and act upon what is found i.e. offer support, encouragement, assisting people to attend meetings
Liaise with other professionals that are involved in the support of clients

Ideally you will have previous experience of working for a homeless charity or experience of assisting vulnerable people with day to day life and helping to get the the support needed by liaising with various departments.

Hours of work 9am-5pm Monday to Friday with some flexibility considered.

Hotel Receptionist

My client, a busy hotel near Stratford Upon Avon is currently looking for a temporary or permanent Hotel Receptionist to join their team

You need to have previous hotel reception experience and knowledge of Opera booking system or a similar hotel reservation system.

Duties will include welcoming guests as they arrive at the hotel, checking guests in and out, issuing keys, taking reservations by telephone or email, preparing bills and dealing with payments, providing guests with information, answer their queries and dealing with any complaints.

You must be smartly presented, professional with a strong emphasis on customer care

Full time hours with shifts of 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm will be required of you 5 out of 7 days.

Due to the location own transport would be preferred but transport may be provided.

Administration Assistant

My client, is looking for an experienced administrator to join their busy team.

Day to day duties will include:

Answering and forwarding of telephone calls and taking detailed messages where necessary.
Dealing with incoming emails.
Meeting and greeting visitors and organising refreshments.
Preparation of applications and appeals, typing forms, formatting letters and submitting information online
Preparing and collating reports
Processing timesheets and expenses
Setting up of new client files
Preparing briefs
Filing
In addition to this, other duties will include scanning, checking and ordering stationary and other office supplies as needed and running errands.

My client is looking for someone who has a minimum of 3-5 years administration experience, with a knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Outlook as well as Adobe Acrobat. You should have excellent attention to detail and a good command of the English language in order to produce accurate work. You should have a positive attitude and be happy to support the day to day operations of the office.

Hours of work 8.30am-5pm Monday to Friday.
