My client based in Stratford upon Avon is looking for a full time administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.



The right candidate would meet the following criteria:

Have previous experience in an administrative role.

Have excellent computer, analytical and information management skills

Have excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

Have strong organisational and problem soling skills

Practical and Flexible.



Hours of work will be Monday - Friday 9:00 - 17:00

Sales Executive

Maintenance

Our client based in Stratford upon Avon is looking for an experienced Hotel Maintenance person to join their team, you ,must have confidence, a strong work ethic, dedication and a ‘whatever it takes’ attitude to get the job done, whilst maintaining our excellent reputation for friendly service, comfort and high standards. Reporting to the General Manager, your core purpose will be:

• Adopt a proactive approach by carrying out a regular walk round both of the hotel and hotel grounds to ensure potential problems are dealt with promptly and safely

• Organise and direct the completion of short term (re-active) maintenance work e.g. repairs affecting guest bedrooms and services as a matter of urgency but adhering to all safety procedures, whilst causing minimum disruption to guests

• Co-ordinate a weekly check of all fire alarms and the central fire panel within the hotel and take action in line with Standard Operating Procedures if any are found to be faulty

• Liaise with contractors to ensure that Permits to Work are completed in compliance with Company Health and Safety procedures. Act as Clerk of Works to regulate work carried out by contractors

• Carry out work on ad hoc projects using your skills and knowledge to ensure the most efficient and effective outcome for the hotels

• Use, operate and store all tools, equipment and materials safely and securely to comply with statutory regulations eg. COSHH

• Respond to call outs in line with rota and departmental standard practice

• Carrying out checks of maintenance materials at least weekly, keeping stock levels to the minimum necessary to maintain continuity of service

• Maintain operational standards to the highest possible level in respect of service, hygiene, health and safety and ensure that there is minimal wastage

• Ensure CCTV is maintained and monitored, using accurate tools and equipment, providing access upon request from Senior Management team

• Perform other duties as required by management. Also be a critical part of the hotel Crisis Management Team

Hours: 40+ per week. (Mon-Fri)

Salary: £17,000 : £18,500 per annum

·Ability to communicate clearly and concise

Hotel Receptionist
