Office Administrator/Manager

My client, a successful family business based on the edge of the Cotswolds, is looking for an experienced Office Manager/PA to work closely with the director of the business.

The role is a stand alone job and therefore, the ideal candidate must be able to self manage and take full responsibility of the office function, ensuring the prioritisation of tasks to meet deadlines at all times. You must have exceptional organisational skills, be highly accurate and possess a high level of written and spoken English.

The role will involve diary management, processing transactions, arranging couriers and insurance for shipping. You will prepare the accounts for the Accountant and therefore, someone with experience of purchase ledger, invoicing and processing commissions and expenses will be preferred.

Hours of work 10am-6pm Monday to Friday.

Warehouse Returns Operative

My client, a small but expanding business is looking for a motivated and organised person to join their team.

The Opportunity:

My client is a multi-channel Ecommerce retail company selling a variety of products online in the home and garden sector via websites.

As a result of their continued growth, are they looking for another warehouse operative to assist with the handling customer returns, testing products, organising clearance items and other associated warehouse duties.

The new position is aimed at a self-motivated, happy individual with good communication skills who wants to develop their career and become a key team member in a fast growing family company.

Role Responsibility:
• Handling and customer processing returns
• Testing products for faults
• Repacking Items ready for resale
• Organising stock areas and restocking inventory
• Reporting to manager with a list of inventory
• Full clean driving license required.
• Own transport required due to location of warehouse.
• Working hours are 9am - 5pm (Monday - Friday)

IT Systems Technician

My client is a leading distributor, based near Stratford upon Avon. They have a fantastic opportunity for an IT Systems Technician to join their successful, growing business.

Working alongside the Systems Development Manager,your responsibilities will be:-
SAP B1 Data Support (In house training will be provided)
MS Server Support
MS SQL Database Management Tools Support & Data Generation
In house Solution Support
Be involved in or create technical proposals and documentation
DR Support & Documentation

In addition to this your responsibilities will include:
Hardware / Software Support
Data orientated Problem Solving
Employee Support / Supplier Interface
Daily Backups / Datastore Management
Google Apps / G Suite
Asset Management

The Successful Applicant will need:-
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, particularly in manipulating large data sets through the use of formulae.
Experience working with Microsoft Server 2012 Onwards
Experience working with Microsoft SQL Server 2016 and Database Management tools
Data analysis experience with excellent attention to detail
An aptitude for learning, with strong communication skills and multi tasking skills
Experience in the following would also be beneficial:-
Experience working with HTML, CSS, PHP, Javascript is preferred but not essential
Experience with SAP B1 is preferred but not essential
Experience with VMWare is preferred but not essential

Hours of work are Monday to Thursday 7.30am-4.30pm and Friday 7.30am-1.30pm

Trainee Administration Assistant
