Who are Staffpoint?
We are a consultative generalist recruitment agency and employment business, with lots of niche and vertical market experience.

We like recruitment. It’s what we do all day, some evenings and most weekends. We work a lot, and often, to make sure that our clients and candidates are happy. Happy in the service they receive, the speed we get back to them, the feedback they get and the lack of hassle they find from using our service. This is the core of recruitment and we know that we’re doing it right.

In order to make sure that we’re doing the right thing, we do a few things a little different from other agencies:
We have a 24/7 out of hours call alert.
We have a multi-lingual team in the office ( 4 languages well, and an additional 5 not so well!).
We don’t pester our clients with CVs that they haven’t directly asked for in relation to a specific job.
We don’t get CVs that we’ve found online and ping them around to people who haven’t asked for them, in the hope that they might get a job that we could charge for.
We try wherever possible to acknowledge receipt of CVs for specific jobs.
We endeavour to get clients and candidates feedback as soon as we can, as we know how waiting about can get REALLY annoying.
We try where we can, to send fewer better CVs, not the standard deluge of people that apply without reading the job specs.
We will sit down with each and every client to ensure that the billing structure, rebate periods, and charge breakdown is right for their cash flow.
